Can someone tell me if they have a reaction to mononitrates? They are found in saltines, english muffins, packaged cookies, etc. It doesn't seem that one should have a reaction to saltines, but I have reason to be suspicious. Should anything with acid listed in the ingredients be avoided? Thanks
