I would like to get a second opinion on whether or not I have PFD. My Uro, who is an IC specialist says I don't, but I feel I may very well have. I also haven't been checked in over 3 years. Things have changed since then. Who knows? I feel my agony is worth a second chance!

Anyway, if I find I do have it, how might I go about finding a good woman's health physical therapist? If anything, I would like to talk to a pt. Have any of you used anyone in the Philadelphia area?

You need to go see another uro first and have them refer you to someone. I live in Northeast Florida and my uro told me in my area there is only 3 physical therapist that are trained to work with the pelvic floor muscle. You cannot just go to any physical therapist for this muscle. I hope you find a good pt to work with. Chelsey
