Hi, all-
I was wondering if any of you have tried taking the magnesium supplement, along with B6, to make sure it is absorbed. I read about this online, that it does help many with ibs constipation. I thought it would be worth a try. Only last night did I start it, though. You take 150 mg. after dinner, and wait a few days to see if you begin to have regular movements on your own. If you don't, then you up the dosage to 150 mg. more at bedtime, also. So far, it hasn't worked today yet, but I have noticed NO cramping or pain like I usually have every single day.
Hope you are all doing well today.
