Keeping the love stong when so sick

Not sure what you expect in this topic, so I will try something out. Even though I have been very sick, haven't been able to have much sex, and this was just the beginning of our marriage, somehow I felt our love was very strong. I feel it was faith, talking things out, leaning on each other, and keeping the rest of what we can do together going strong? What about you?

Illness, or other hardships, can either make or break a marriage. In my own case, my illness has made our marriage stronger.

Despite the fights we have had during our marriage because of IC, I have to admit that my husband has stood by my side. but not there for me emotionally.....
IC is an emotional & physically challenging rollercoaster ride that you want to get off of and can't. It takes away everything you once knew, it picks fights with your spouse, it cripples your thoughts and your emotions. It makes you hate the world at times, and it makes you pity yourself. It kicks you when you are up and on the run, and stands on you when you want to get up and go... BUT, in all reality my husband dose not understand this part of my disease. IC ruins vacations, intimate moments, school functions and passion for life its self.. I can tell you this because you understand, however, if I told my husband, I get I don't want to hear this sh*t! But, I do still Love him, and he will never understand unless its him that is going thru it.....
