I just returned from the AARP Covention, and spoke to a representative from a company that makes products to cut body acidity.
One of the natural remedies they suggested was the use of Apple Cider Vinegar....for example 2 teaspoons in a glass of water would cut the body acidity.
The person I spoke to wasn't really familiar with IC...just the general idea of converting a persons' PH to a more Alkaline balance.
Does anyone know if Apple cider Vinegar is more effective then what I'm doing now,---(using a teaspoon of baking soda in water---and taking Prelief about 4 times a day?)
Thanks so much :)
