Has anyone heard of something called "Stadium Gal"?

I just looked at a picture of the device and I don't think I would be able to sit down with one. In fact, it looks extremely uncomfortable.

Looking at the picture, I'm not even sure if I can figure out how it works.

It was suggested to me (by a male) as a way I could travel by means of transportation where there is no bathroom --- like on a bus in a foreign country, up in a helicopter, private plane.

Um, I'm not sure I could do this.... I mean, I have to get in such a contorted position just to pee while sitting on a toilet that it's difficult for me to even use a Travel John in the car. I don't know... I'd also be worried about it leaking, spilling, etc.
