Does anyone tolerate Pomagranite?

Hi,
I recently read an article about how good Pomagranite(sp) is for us? I don't know much about this fruit. The article mentioned a tart taste and immediatley my red flag went up. I thought I would get some input before I go buy any. Thanks,

I tried a little at a Sam's club recently - they were demoing it. I didn't have any problem, but it was a small amount.

I was afraid to take a chance with more, so I'd be interested in other's experience on this as well. wink
