A minor improvement, yay!

I have noticed a minor improvement in my health :)
As you can see in the last post I made in this section, the 30mg of Ditropan XL was giving me dry mouth. About a week ago, I switched from Ditropan to 4mg of Detrol. Now, my dry mouth is gone. I'm still stuck in The Flare From Hell, but any bit of improvement in my health is greatly appriciated right now. :dance:

Hooray! Glad you found something that is working for you! I tried the Ditropan XL, but it made my mouth feel furry (and gave it a nasty white coating -NOT attractive at all). I use the regular Ditropan (5mg) every night & occasionally during the day if I'm in a bad flare & I don't get those icky side effects.

Yeah, I'm on Elmiron. I've been taking it 3x a day for the past 8 days. I can't tell if my IC is getting better yet. I think it is, but verrry slowly.

:woohoo: I am so glad you feel you have some improvement going on... So sorry your in a flair... .. I bought some of those Aqua drops.. they hydrate your mouth.. work pretty good :bow:
Elmiron can take a while to kick in (like 6 monhths) don't give up on it..
