Diet and IBS & IC

I so want a cookbook and a board on this subject!!!!

I cannot tell you how big of a problem diet is for me...and yet IC is only one part of the problem!!!!!!!! IBS, GERD, and Colitis also contribute in me (to just name a few)!

The point is I would like to encourage this subject to start being talked about....especially if IC patients are 100% more likely to have IBS. IBS really affects me....is there anyone else out there that is dreaming of this cookbook????? lolol

There is a great cookbook for ibs out there. But it is definitely not ic educated. I THINK the title is Eating for IBS.

YES, YES, YES, this would be great!! With GERD, IBS-C, and IC, it would be wonderful to have a cookbook for recipes!!
