Well I haven't exercised in about 6 mo. I think tomorrow I'm going to go up to the Y and do some light exercises. I was much happier when I was working out. It's always so hard to start back up again. I enjoy working out once I get going. It's just getting there that is the hard part lol. :yikes: I'll let you know how it goes. Chelsey

Be sure to take it easy at first --- if you overdo, you'll just have to stop to heal.
Warm hugs,
Donna

Exercise has really been helpful to me. Cardio has been somewhat painful, but weights have been great. I think that after a good workout, my muscles and bladder are too tired to spasm?

I went and worked out today. I walked for 30 min. on the treadmill. I then did some lower body weights for about 30min. I had fun. I took it easy though. I didn't want to wake up super sore tomorrow. :) Chelsey

good for you. I did the elliptical yesterday as it is the only cardio thing I can handle. Legs in the weight room today, heavy for 1.5 hours. Looking forward to it. It is the ONLY thing that is helping me.

I love doing the elliptical machine. I just haven't worked out in sooooooooo long. I just need to get back into the groove. Chelsey :)

I just started riding my recumbant indoor bike again, did four days already this week, love this bike its got a huge seat and you pedal in front of you instead of below you like a regular bike. I take it real easy too, we dont want any pain ;) Kinda gives you a feeling of accomplishment doesn't it. I also (while the weather is ok) try to walk my daughter home from school for a little extra work on the ol' legs.
