Well we've been e-bay sellers for 4 or 5 years now and have always been so lucky with the people we've dealt with..Now we went through a lady who was selling laptops from her office to help pay for medical bills....hubby thought it was too good to be true.....650.00 + shipping...and he was going to turn around in a month or so and resell it and make around a 400.00 profit......he asked me if he should go for it and I said yes........well this was a month ago....we filed fraudulent complaints with the site.....it will be investigated on their part.
We got an e-mail last night from a guy asking if we recieved the laptop.......he, too, had purchased one and didn't get it...........now here's the kicker.......he's a private investigator from Jersey!! She finally crossed the wrong person! He's called the sheriff in her town to have her arrested on fraud charges. He plans to get his money and ours..........It's just the nerve of people.......... :dizzy:
We still plan to do services with e-bay though......there are still great people to do business with out in the world.
