if your phone is fixing to be cut off this is what you can do to save it

call your doctor office and have them to fax or mail a form to your phone company
it needs to be on the doctor office letter head or board of health letter head
2. state reg. number
3.doctor has to sign it
4.put the name of the person and address of the person the phone name is in where you live.
5.specialize who you are and the relationship to the person the phone name is in
6.specialize you live at the same address
7.nature of your illness and expected time duration
8.state on the letter head you need a phone to keep in touch with your doctor. IF you need long dis. to keep in touch with your doctor this will also help with that matter.
then fax or mail this from to them

Make sure you call your phone company first and tell them you are disable
and you need your phone and you will or at least try to get this done.

I would also like the add the fact to if you or your children draw food stamps an afdc check that is aid for single parnets or parnets not working medicaid and there a few more programs I can't remember the name of.
then you can get a program that is called a life line credit which will give you a mthly discount on all your phone bills.
and by LAW each phone company has to proved this service I know some will say we don't offer this or never heard of it ask to talk to a super and they will know about it this can save you mega bucks a mth on those phone bills
also if you like things like caller id call waiting three way calling call traceing one price long dis. ask about a complete choose plan this will save you a lot of money too.
right now i have a one price plan on my phone service my service runs me about 70.00 a mth but i have caller id, voice mail, three way calling, two way calling, call reject, speed dialing (I don't use lol) call forwarding,call return and a few other things i don't use.
and the major thing on my phone I love is I can call everywhere in the USA and talk as long as i want and it doesnt cost me any ex. money that is how i talk to many of you here since we are so far apart.

Oh for you single parnets or parnets out of work i want you to know that d.s.s office offers a free ABC voc. this is for free child care they will give you free job training and give you a check while you are looking for work then once you get to work they will still pay for your child care you don't have to pick a daycare center you can get a person of your chose to take care of your children all they have to do is take a hour class in cpr and d.s.s will send them a check.

if your disable you still can draw a check from them if you have child/children
while you wait on getting approved for your ssd check or ssi check in the mean time
